It was during his second year that Oliver hired his first member of staff all whilst holding down his studies in Media Production. Since it's founding the world of online video and media content has exploded allowing for significant growth within the business due to greater acceptance and understanding of how content can be used. Oliver, now 27 has picked up awards such as the IoD Director of the Year, the 42 under 42 ones to watch in the South West and the FSB Entrepreneur of the Year award. Oliver also mentors individuals for both the Princes Trust and current Undergraduates as an alumni at the University of Gloucestershire. In 2020 during the global pandemic Oliver's branched out into the world of dropshipping working with factories in Asia and the surrounding areas ultimately landing a £13million contract with Amazon by late summer. Oliver picked up the Pivott Entrepreneur of the Year and the virtual Great British Entrepreneur Awards in 2020 for this move. During 2021 Oliver’s core business PinPointMedia will see internal investment of over £1m split between staffing, infrastructure, growing out their London and Northern offices all whilst rebranding, upsizing their operations and moving into a new, larger, purpose designed collaborative workspace inclusive of bar, pin pong table and podcast studio. Often appearing on Podcasts Oliver also presents the show ‘Success Is In The Mind’ which as of January 2021 was ranked in the top 50 entrepreneurial podcasts on Apple Podcasts. Oliver also invests in cryptocurrencies and passionately buys into how blockchain and crypto will change the world the way the internet did.
